How do I sign in or create an account?
Open Avarise and pick one of the available sign-in methods: Apple, Google, or email + password. You can also continue without registering as a guest — your progress stays on the device, and you can upgrade the guest account to a permanent one later by picking any sign-in method on the login screen.
How do I manage or cancel my Rise+ subscription?
Avarise subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play, not by us. • iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Avarise Rise+ • Android: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Avarise Rise+ There you can cancel, change billing period, or update your payment method. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period.
I already paid but Rise+ is not active on my device
Open the Profile tab → tap the Rise+ card → on the subscription screen tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account that you used to subscribe. If the issue persists, email us with your account email and the approximate purchase date — we will reconcile manually.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Profile tab → "Account management" card → "Delete account". This permanently removes your profile, workouts, food logs, AI chat history, and weight tracker. If you cannot access the app, write to info@avarise.app from the email associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We complete deletion within 7 days.
What data do you collect and how is it used?
We collect only what is needed to run the product: profile data you enter, food logs, workouts, AI chat history, and crash reports. We never sell your data and we do not track you across other apps. Full details are in the Privacy Policy linked below.
Is the AI coach reliable medical or nutrition advice?
No. The AI coach provides informational guidance based on your inputs and general fitness knowledge. It is not medical, dietary, or therapeutic advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, training, or medication.
Photo calorie scan gave a wrong result. What should I do?
AI estimates can be off, especially for mixed plates, sauces, and packaged products. Tap the entry to edit grams, calories, or macros manually, or scan the barcode for packaged items. We continuously improve recognition — sending us a sample photo and the correct values via email helps.
