Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 13 years old. Users 13-17 need parental or guardian consent. One account per person. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Health & Safety Disclaimer

The AI trainer is NOT a substitute for a professional trainer or doctor. All recommendations are for informational purposes only. Consult a healthcare professional before exercising. You assess your own health and readiness. We are not responsible for injuries.

Calorie estimates and nutrition data are approximations and should not be relied upon as precise measurements.

3. AI Trainer

The AI trainer generates content using artificial intelligence. AI content may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for decisions based on AI recommendations.

4. User Content

You own your content. You grant us a license to use, store, process, and display it only to provide and improve the Service. There is no direct messaging between users; social features are limited to leaderboard positions, challenge participation, and results.

Prohibited: offensive, violent, sexually explicit, pornographic, deceptive, illegal, or infringing content; non-consensual images; and content depicting or exploiting minors. Report or block via in-app tools.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Free tier + paid plans (Rise, Rise+). Payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your platform. Auto-renewal and refunds follow the relevant store policy.

6. Prohibited Uses

No reverse engineering, bots, unauthorized access, stat manipulation, offensive content, or service disruption.

7. Liability & Warranties

Service provided "as is". Max liability: $100 or 12-month payments (whichever greater). No liability for indirect damages, injuries, or data loss.

8. Governing Law & Contact

Governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes resolved in Armenian courts. Contact: info@avarise.app
