Delete Your Account
Effective May 7, 2026
You can delete your Avarise account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains the process, what data is deleted, and what is retained.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: In the App
- Open the Avarise app.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Option 2: Via Email
Send an email to info@avarise.app from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently removed:
- Profile information (name, email, phone, photo)
- Workout history and exercise data
- Nutrition logs and food photos
- AI chat conversations and coach memory
- Health signals and mood entries
- Challenge participation and results
- Leaderboard data
- Uploaded media files
- App settings and preferences
- Subscription status and configuration
Data That May Be Retained
- Anonymized analytics data — aggregated data that cannot be linked back to your identity.
- Payment records — transaction history may be retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.
Processing Time
Account deletion is processed immediately upon confirmation.
Warning
- Account deletion is irreversible. All your data will be permanently lost.
- If you have an active subscription, cancel it first through Apple App Store or Google Play settings before deleting your account to avoid being charged.
