Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy defines the procedures for collecting, processing, and storing personal data of users of the Avarise application (hereinafter — the App).

1. Data Collected

When using the App, the following data is processed: Telegram ID, first name, last name, username, profile photo (provided by the Telegram platform); age, gender, height, weight, fitness level (provided by the User); workout history and parameters, AI trainer conversations, uploaded media files, settings, and subscription data.

2. Purpose of Processing

Data is used to provide App features: profile creation, workout generation, AI trainer functionality, leaderboard, notifications, subscription management, analytics, and service improvement.

3. Data Sharing

For the AI trainer to function, the user's profile and workout history are shared with a third-party AI service. Media files are stored in cloud storage. Notifications are processed via the Telegram Bot API. Payments are processed via Paddle, Apple App Store, Google Play, Telegram Stars, or other regional payment providers depending on your platform and location. Each provider processes payment data according to their own privacy policy. The App uses an analytics service in anonymized form.

Data is not sold or shared with third parties, except for the services mentioned above and cases required by law.

4. Access by Other Users

The leaderboard displays name, photo, and statistics. Anonymous mode hides personal data. In duels and challenges, name and results are visible to participants.

5. Security and Storage

Data transmission is protected by TLS protocol. AI trainer conversations are automatically deleted after 90 days.

6. User Rights

The User may delete their account and all associated data via the Profile section, enable anonymous mode, and request a copy of their data through support.

7. Age Restrictions

The App is intended for users aged 14 and older.

8. Policy Changes

The App reserves the right to update this Policy. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the current version.
