Terms of Service

This Agreement governs the use of the Avarise application (the "App"), operated by Artur Sardarian, Sole Proprietor (Armenia). Using the App constitutes full acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

1. Subject

The App provides a service of personalized workouts, an AI trainer, a statistics system, leaderboard, and competitions available as a Telegram Mini App and as native mobile applications for Android and iOS.

2. Terms of Use

The User confirms that they are at least 14 years old. The account is created based on the Telegram profile or via email/phone registration. The User is responsible for actions performed within the account.

Prohibited: posting offensive content, unauthorized access attempts, use of automated tools, intentional manipulation of statistics.

3. AI Trainer

The AI trainer is not a substitute for a professional trainer or doctor. Recommendations are for informational purposes only. The User independently assesses their health before workouts. The App is not responsible for any injuries.

4. Intellectual Property

All elements of the App are the intellectual property of the rights holder. Copying and distribution without permission are prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not responsible for workout results or data loss due to technical failures.

6. Account Deletion

The User may delete their account at any time. Deleted data includes: profile, workouts, conversations, settings, and notifications. Payment history may be retained in accordance with legal requirements.

7. Final Provisions

The App reserves the right to modify this Agreement. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
